This 60-minute interactive (questions welcome!) workshop focuses on what word-of-mouth marketing looks like in the age of technology and how to connect with your audience in order to help positive word-of-mouth to spread. We will talk through the following:
- The landscape of word-of-mouth marketing in 2020.
- Person-to-person versus virtual word-of-mouth and how to cater to both.
- How to help ensure that all the "words" spread about your business are positive.
